When sending news to Ahepa District 3 please be sure to include the following information:
- What was the event? Who hosted it?
- Were there any AHEPA Family officers in attendance?
- Were there any special guests in attendance?
- If you send pictures, please tell us who is in the pictures and make sure you include their titles if applicable.
- If any donations were made, please let us know how much and who they were made to.
- Any Chapter/District social media accounts that should be tagged in a post.
When sending pictures:
- Please make sure any photos are in .jpeg or .png format. If you send .heic files, they will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for converting them.
- Photos must be submitted individually. Do NOT send them embedded in a document or an email, we need the actual image file.
- Photos to be printed in The Ahepan MUST have 300dpi or higher resolution.
- Photos submitted for E-News, Facebook, or Instagram should have 72dpi or higher resolution.
Please note that Chapter and District News is not guaranteed to be published on all platforms. We will let you know where your Chapter/District news is posted via email so you can share it within your own networks. We look forward to seeing more of you!
